Overview
PeopleLogic is a software that helps organizations gain insights into their employee's performance and well being in-order to create a happier/healthier work place and to reduce employee turnover. I worked as a consultant with PeopleLogic to improve the overall user experience and user interface of the software. I worked closely with the business stakeholders to create a new vision and re-architected the almost all aspects of the software.
Launch Page
I wanted a simple launch page for managers to access all of their teams and some of the different dashboards they use frequently. On the other hand, this launch page would allow admins to access all the teams in the organization and any teams they might manage.

ChatBot Interface - New Admin Setup
As part of the phase one redesign, I wanted to make it very simple to start setting up their organization in PleopleLogic. PleopleLogic already had a ChatBot called Lexi. I utilized Lexi to help set a series of tasks to guide the admins during the initial configuration process.
We identified the essential tasks that an admin would need to complete to have setup teams and managers in PeopleLogic and integrate the tools they are using (Slack, JIRA, SalesForce, Git, etc.) to start getting insights. I designed flows for those essential tasks that Laxi would follow to guide the admins.
