Overview

I worked as the lead designer to create a dashboard for one of DZone's products called "AnswerHub. AnswerHub is an enterprise knowledge sharing software that allows employees in an organization to ask/answer questions and share their knowledge about different subject matters.

The goal of this dashboard was to provide an insight of employees activities and understand what issues employees are having. For example, if lots of employees are asking very similar questions, they might ask an expert to answer that question quickly.

I worked with product owners to understand what information is useful for admins to see and figured out the best way to display that information. I also work closely with the developers to decide what graphics library to use for the graphs so that they would seamlessly integrate with the existing platform.
